The Territory Sales Manager will spend the majority of their time in the market building dealer relationships, opening new stocking dealers, developing existing accounts, reactivating dormant dealers, conducting product training, and representing ZEV at dealer and industry events. •Develop and grow ZEV's dealer network throughout the assigned territory. •Convert existing accounts into stocking dealers and reactivate dormant accounts. •Average six in-person dealer visits per week. •Conduct an average of two dealer product-training sessions per week. •Host at least one weekend dealer event per month, including range days, demos, grand openings, promotions, consumer events, and shooting events. •Build strong relationships with dealer owners, buyers, managers, and sales staff. Qualifications: •Recruit new Master and Premier stocking dealers.
