Required Skills: •Support Pratt & Whitney’s F135 West Palm Beach Aftermarket facility by developing and maintaining maintenance process engineering instructions that enable the disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of gas‑turbine engines. •You'll interpret technical data, issue instructions packages for the compliance of workscope requirements, approve complex work control documents, and ensure hardware configuration accuracy. •Also participate in investigations of process breakdowns, implement corrective actions, create and improve standard work, assist mechanics with new technical data, and support other MRO production lines as needed to meet delivery schedules. •Willingness to work 1st shift, work overtime when needed, and respond to off‑hours process questions •Demonstrated capacity to work within cross‑functional teams with limited supervision •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and best practices •Comfortable working on the shop floor and collaborating with a wide range of people. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; or 4 years of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience on gas‑turbine engines in lieu of a degree is required. •2+ years (with a degree) of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience on gas‑turbine engines •4 years of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience on gas‑turbine engines in lieu of a degree is required.
