Required Skills: •Lead worship for weekend services and oversee worship at YTH services •Lead and oversee the spiritual climate, health and discipleship of the worship team •Schedule musicians and songs at least 1 week in advance •Interface directly with Campus Pastor and Production Lead to aggregate service information from Central and finalize service formats •Run rehearsal/run-through and work with Campus Production Lead to ensure services are executed with excellence •Provide oversight on Sound, Video and Lighting elements as necessary •Prepare and print chord charts as necessary •Interface directly with drummer or MD to prepare Ableton set Qualifications: •Proficient at Planning Center Online •Basic proficiencies in Ableton and music production •Proficient in chording, charting and number system •Strong communication skills, verbal and written •Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described with an emphasis on continual learning.
