Required Skills: •Where the program sets the standard, your projects and programs bring it to life - on time, on budget, and to spec. •Project manage Workplace's global special projects: health & safety (H&S) programming, global design standards, global emergency response programming, Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPPs), and sustainability programming across Harvey's office portfolio. •Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional Workplace leads to build and roll out emergency response plans and WVPPs that meet local regulatory requirements while staying consistent with Harvey's global standards. •Maintain and evolve global design standards (furniture, finishes, signage) so offices feel consistently "Harvey" as we scale into new markets. •Drive sustainability initiatives across offices - vendor and materials selection, energy and waste programs - and track progress against goals. •Own the global rollout of Workplace tooling and software - evaluating, piloting, and implementing platforms like desk booking, occupancy, and ticketing, and driving stakeholder training and adoption. •Own global and national vendor contracts (F&B, janitorial, plants, and similar categories) - procurement, negotiation, and the master vendor relationship - while regional workplace managers own the day-to-day relationship, performance, and feedback in their offices. •Global Playbook & Portfolio Management (Moves & Openings) Qualifications: •Strong program design and playbook-building instincts - you'd rather build a system and standard that others execute against well than run every project yourself. •Strong command of project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication. •Excellent organizational and communication skills; you keep complex, fast-moving programs on track and everyone informed. •Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on, get-it-done approach. •Based in New York and able to work on-site at our NYC office, with willingness to travel to other sites as projects require. •Operational familiarity with project / workplace tools - e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Envoy, OfficeSpace.
