Required Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt and formulate solutions quickly for facilities issues. - Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized, especially regarding data and vendor management. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for partnering with regional leaders and external property managers. - Ability to resolve vendor repair and maintenance facilities issues. - Ability to communicate directly with Property Managers and Landlords to facilitate landlord-responsibility property repairs. - Ability to manage various utility accounts and conduct quarterly reporting. - Keycard inventory management and comprehensive security support, including camera data and access control systems management. - Oversight of copier/postage fleet lease services, including invoicing, end of lease obligations, expense reporting, and resolving high-level escalations. - Invoice compliance through supporting purchase order creation and credit card reconciliation. - Support maintenance of vendor data including fixed expenses and vendor contracts. - Approve punchout orders exceeding company approval threshold. - Collaborate with cross-functional and regional partners, including onboarding new office leaders, establishing partnership workflows with National Workplace Operations, and training regional leaders on workplace processes and resources. - Facilitate vendor onboarding in partnership with Accounts Payable and support billing vendor disputes. - Support vendor sourcing to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective office operations. - Manage and maintain up-to-date essential Workplace Operations resources. - Maintain oversight and organization of documentation regarding regional nuances (including ordering, approvals & tracking) and team coverage docs. - Maintain internal team resources such as meeting notes, macros, training materials, and team SOPs. - A passion for creating community and a world-class experience for internal customers. Qualifications: - Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours and lift up to 25 lbs as needed for facilities tasks. - Must be willing to travel 25%-30% of the time. - This role is 100% onsite. Compensation: - The base pay range for this position is $65,000 - $81,300 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. - Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided.
