Required Skills: •Crusoe is opening a new 38,000-square-foot office in Dallas, and we're looking for an experienced Workplace Manager to build and lead the site from the ground up. •You'll report to the Regional Workplace Manager and partner closely with People, IT, Security, and Finance. As the Dallas office grows, you'll hire, manage, and develop a Workplace Coordinator to support the site. •This is a full-time, five-day-per-week, on-site role based in our Dallas office. •Lead the Dallas office launch and build-out, partnering on design and build-out, space and occupancy planning, vendor selection, and move-in readiness to open on time and on budget. •Own day-to-day workplace operations, establishing scalable systems, processes, and standards that ensure the office is safe, functional, polished, and ready for employees and guests. •Manage building and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for facilities, maintenance, service issues, contracts, and performance, while establishing clear escalation and response processes for emergencies. •Own the workplace budget, including forecasting, expense management, vendor spend, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising the employee experience. •Deliver an exceptional hospitality and visitor experience, overseeing front-of-house operations, visitor management, and executive and customer visits to ensure every employee, customer, and guest receives a warm, professional welcome.
