Laurel, NJ. This position will include approximately 10% travel in surrounding tristate area. •Conduct coaching sessions across multiple modalities (in-person and virtual) focused on health improvement and wellbeing using evidence-based strategies. •Utilize motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry, and participant-led focus to support employees with a wide variety of health concerns and drive meaningful behavior change. •Create and facilitate onsite and virtual health education programs including workshops, group coaching, webinars, and other events that engage diverse employee populations. •Direct employees to appropriate external resources for health concerns outside scope of work while maintaining coaching relationships. •Serve as Personify Health platform expert, supporting enrollment and ongoing engagement with associated solutions, resources, and partners.
