Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites. •Provide day‑to‑day supervision and oversight of staff assigned to special initiatives, ensuring prioritization of tasks, quality of work, and adherence to project goals. •Lead the planning, execution, coordination, and reporting of special initiatives, ensuring staff understand expectations, timelines, and deliverables. •Serve as the primary liaison to employers, schools, community organizations, and partner agencies, representing the project and guiding staff in external engagement activities. •Oversee coordination of logistics, schedules, timelines, and resource needs, delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring timely completion. •Direct the analysis, development, and implementation of process improvements, guiding staff through continuous improvement activities. •Supervise the development and maintenance of SOPs, best practices, and change management strategies, ensuring team compliance and proper training. •Provide training, coaching, and functional guidance to staff to support development, performance, and adherence to program standards.
