Qualifications: •Previous experience as a Workforce Coordinator, Workforce Analyst, Workforce Specialist, Scheduling Coordinator, or similar role. •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting. •Operational familiarity with workforce management systems and scheduling platforms. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. •Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. •Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work. •Professional, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach. •English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking teams, employees, or stakeholders.
