You may also train on and support ServiceNow or legacy tool reporting and leverage BI tools like Power BI to tell a story with the data. •The person in this position will be processing requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management system, ServiceNow •. This position will also be a critical partner to the Business Analysts on the Workforce Analytics team by helping with requirements gathering or user acceptance testing (UAT). The person in this position will need to be able to work independently and under minimal supervision. •Process Workday report requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management system •Partner cross-functionally with business partners to prioritize requests/needs •Partner with Workforce Business Analysts •Partner cross-functionally with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis (examples: Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.) •Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience •Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience •MS Excel experience utilizing Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, Charts, Conditional Formatting, creating formulas and utilizing Excel prebuilt formulas, V-Lookups, and File Joins •Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to document in detail process to ensure compliance •Must be comfortable with ambiguity and having the mental agility to quickly adjust and adapt to change •This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location (3) or more days per week. •If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
