Required Skills: •Manage a Workers' Compensation caseload from initial intake through final resolution. •Represent clients at hearings, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations. •Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases. •Review and evaluate new case opportunities during the intake process. •Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents. •Ensure compliance with New York Workers' Compensation Board rules, deadlines, and procedures. •Supervise and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff. •Partner cross-functionally with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies and maximize client outcomes.
