Required Skills: •UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement •What You’ll Learn And Achieve •Design, develop, test, and implement custom reports and dashboards in Workday using tools such as Workday Report Writer, Workday Report Designer, and Workday Prism Analytics. •Translate business requirements into accurate, actionable reports by interpreting data sources and understanding stakeholder needs. •Execute standard operational updates (initiating business‑as‑usual change requests), including creating and modifying Expense Items, finance- and grant‑related Worktags, Ledger Accounts, Payment Terms, Procurement Reasons, Requisition Types, and Revenue Categories. •Configure Spend Categories, Cost Centers, Cost Center Hierarchies, and Organizations across both Workday and Adaptive. Generate and analyze finance-related data and metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders, including managers, Finance teams, and executives, to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful solutions across both reporting and business-as-usual-requests. •Ensure the accuracy and reliability of existing reports and dashboards by regularly reviewing and updating them.
