Required Skills: •CACI is looking for a Workday HRIS Team Lead who will mentor the HRIS team, set strategy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation is required to improve Workday processes and deliver advanced system solutions to stakeholders. This will be 5 days a week in the Chantilly office. •This position is fully funded and we are actively recruiting candidate. •Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. •Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting. •Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements. •Interface directly with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions. •Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions. •Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. •Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design. •Strong leadership and project management skills. •Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. •US citizenship is required for this role. •Advanced knowledge of Workday security and compliance features. •This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
