Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible. •Configure and maintain Workday organizational structures, including supervisory organizations, locations, and related system setup. •Actively facilitate and support integration of new acquisitions into the Workday environment. •Coordinate and perform employee data conversions, mass data loads, and historical pay data loads utilizing Workday EIBs. •Core HCM & Process Support •Provide day-to-day support for Workday and related HR systems. •Manage and prioritize incoming support requests to ensure timely issue resolution. •Troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Qualifications: •3–5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience; Workday experience strongly preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of Workday Core HCM and experience supporting at least one additional Workday module. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve routine and moderately complex issues. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business teams. •Understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. •Workday Pro certification(s) or progress toward certification. •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management information systems, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience. Compensation: •The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $91,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
