Required Skills: •Lead administration and optimization of Workday Endowments and related Workday Financials modules. •Partner with Finance, Accounting, Advancement, Treasury, and IT stakeholders to define business requirements. •Configure and maintain endowment funds, spending rules, reporting structures, and workflows. •Manage Workday release reviews, testing, and deployment activities. •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics supporting endowment performance and compliance. •Oversee integrations between Workday and external financial or donor-management systems. •Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to organizational policies. •Provide guidance, training, and support to end users.
