Hiring: Workday Architect Company: Bloom Energy Location: San Jose, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:58:31 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Workday About the job Experience: •6 – 8 years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and support across multiple HCM modules. •Proven experience leading Workday projects, including new module implementations, redesigns, integrations and large-scale enhancements. •In-depth knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they translate into Workday business processes and security models. •Advanced experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and complex security requirements. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs and clearly articulate trade-offs. Required Skills: •Configure, manage and maintain Bloom’s HR systems including Workday (HCM), Recruiting, Advance Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management •Technical lead for Workday implementation of additional Workday functionalities including Onboarding and Absence Management •Design and develop Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business analytics needs •Lead or support Workday semi-annual releases, including impact analysis, configuration updates, regression testing and stakeholder communications. •Provide day-to-day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines •Manage the integration of the HCM application and reports with other business systems and vendors where required •Ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements •Research and test new functionality and features within Workday Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. •Workday Pro certification, Workday certifications, or equivalent advanced training is strongly preferred.
