Required Skills: •Lead and oversee all technical aspects of garment production to ensure high quality and functional products. •Exceptional attention to detail, especially in fit and construction precision •Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset •Respond quickly to change with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new ways to work and achieve objectives. •Strong leadership within live fit sessions & other cross-functional team meetings •Clearly document fitting comments with actionable pattern amendment instruction. •Management of grading and tolerance rules. •Communicate directly with overseas suppliers to troubleshoot pattern corrections and construction related issues.
