May provide functional guidance and training support to operational teams and system users Qualifications: •Deep experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a distribution or warehouse environment •In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control) •Operational familiarity with RF scanners, MHE and Warehouse Automation •Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and operational issues •Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products •Demonstrated capacity to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. •Demonstrated capacity to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from a diverse group of end-users. •Demonstrated capacity to train on SME topics. •Demonstrated capacity to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
