Experience with APIs, EDI, middleware, SQL, and production troubleshooting. •Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams. Required Skills: •Lead design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of WMS solutions. •Own the end-to-end flow across OMS, WMS, ERP, and related systems. •Partner with business, operations, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into workable system solutions. •Support order lifecycle processes including order capture, inventory allocation, fulfilment, shipment confirmation, cancellation, and returns. •Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, interface failures, and data mismatches across systems. •Review functional and technical specs, test cases, and deployment plans. •Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. •Provide root cause analysis and recommend long-term fixes.
