The ideal candidate must have an understanding of branch operations, customer service, and team management. Required Skills: •Looking for ONLY local candidates to be based out of Kansas City, KS or willing to relocate and work from Kansas City, KS. •Develop a strategy (with peers and SME’s) to achieve an individual P&L for the organization. •Engineering Directors will have full P&L responsibilities for projects within their programs. They will manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring branch performance against budgets and monthly financial reporting. •Oversee daily wireless operations, ensuring all activities comply with Circet policies and regulations. •Provide a contributing role to lines of business within a region including business development, opportunity targeting and growth strategies for long term diversification. •Participate in the RFP process for service lines within their area of expertise. Including providing inputs or initial pricing models as well as full or partial verbiage on written responses. •Present both overviews and next step solutions both internally (peers, leadership) and externally (existing or prospective clients) in support of program growth. •Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff through regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team-building exercises.
