Hiring: Wire Specialist (Remote) Company: Inspira Financial Location: Denver, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:26:40 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •2 years of experience in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or similar industries. •Real estate experience and familiarity with 1031 exchanges is a plus. •Company Values: Creative, Collaborative, Competitive, Curious •Comfortable not knowing answers, but resourceful and able to resolve issues •Open to receiving and providing feedback Required Skills: •Lead and oversee opening new client accounts (30+ a day) and closing accounts. •Assist in confirmation of wiring instructions. •Initiate wire disbursements (30+ wires a day) and ensure all outgoing wires are accurate and include appropriate information. Individual wires can be +$50M. •Serve as a back-up approver for wire disbursements for wires set up by other team members. •Prepare outgoing checks for signature. •Work closely with banking partners (5 banks currently) when issues arise on the banking side. •Perform daily master bank reconciliations and end of day balance reporting as needed. •Assist in the development and adherence of policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the disbursement process. Qualifications: •Start time is no later than 7:30am MT. •For Hybrid schedule, being in office 1-2 days a week (Denver, CO) to coincide with the Finance team or Remote •Minimal travel is expected with this position. •Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds •Demonstrated capacity to work more than 40 hours per week •Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
