The position requires the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external teams while supporting mission-critical systems and services. •Perform Windows Server patching, IAVA vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities across supported environments. •Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 systems. •Actively facilitate and support full IT infrastructure lifecycle, including planning, installation, configuration, ongoing administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and decommissioning. •Ensure Windows Server platforms remain compliant with established operational policies, security requirements, and industry standards. •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operating system, infrastructure, patching, and application-related issues. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience and 7+ years of general experience •2–5 years of relevant experience supporting Windows Server or enterprise IT environments. Additional technical certifications related to Windows Server administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or infrastructure operations are a plus. •Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills •Demonstrated capacity to work an afternoon/night shift, Tuesday through Saturday. The specific shift assignment will be determined closer to the start date based on the team's staffing needs. Candidates must be available for either shift. •Windows Server administration and troubleshooting •Windows Server patching and IAVA vulnerability mitigation •Windows Server builds, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 •Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) remediation and compliance •Demonstrated capacity to work an afternoon/night shift, Tuesday - Saturday.
