Hiring: Windows System Administrator Company: Andersen Corporation Location: Oak Park Heights, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:20:48 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Ansible, Azure, DNS, PowerShell, Python, Root Cause Analysis, Windows Server About the job Required Skills: •This is a hybrid role based out of our Oak Park Heights, MN office location. •Infrastructure Operations and Support •Install, configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments across on-premises and Microsoft Azure platforms. •Monitor server health, capacity, performance, availability, and utilization to ensure reliable operations. •Perform operating system patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening. •Support enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere and cloud-hosted infrastructure. •Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for planned maintenance and critical production incidents. •Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, account provisioning, and related identity services. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience. •Minimum three (3) years of enterprise Windows systems administration experience. •Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar technologies. •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. •Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
