We specialize in delivering high-quality maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting services for various wind turbine platforms. As we continue to expand, we seek a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. •We are seeking Wind Turbine Support Technicians to standardize the inventory management process on-site. These technicians will be responsible for tracking, documenting, and managing inventory, ensuring all shipped parts are properly accounted for. This role requires full GWO training but does not require formal Wind On-the-Job (OJT) training. •Perform inventory management of all Parts Shipped Loose (PSL), RFR parts from the factory, and Materials Shipped Direct (MSD). •Maintain accurate records using Excel/Smartsheet tracking on company-provided laptops. •Report directly to the Receiving Lead and Site Manager regarding inventory updates and tracking. •Provide administrative support as needed, under the guidance of site leadership. •Assist with receiving and installation operations, with the potential for future OJT in these areas. •Identify and develop potential candidates for Commissioning Training at the RELC. Qualifications: •Full Global Wind Organization (GWO) training. •Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet is a plus. •Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with site leadership. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. •Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to perform tasks that may involve bending, stooping, reaching, or standing for extended periods. •Must be able to safely operate equipment and follow proper lifting techniques.
