Required Skills: •Manage and monitor end-to-end order flow across assigned wholesale and retail channels, including processing and tracking retailer purchase orders between WHOOP systems, 3PLs, and retail partners. •Partner cross-functionally with 3PLs and internal teams to support inventory accuracy, transfer order receiving, and order adjustments. •Own day-to-day operational management for assigned international retail accounts, including retailer communication, shipment tracking, routing compliance, and operational issue resolution. •Maintain retailer operational requirements and portal compliance, including shipment documentation, tracking updates, routing guides, and retailer-specific operational inputs. •Support in-transit exception management by monitoring delayed, failed, or at-risk shipments and coordinating resolution across internal and external stakeholders. •Assist in developing and maintaining standardized operational documentation, including retailer SOPs, routing guidance, and process workflows. •Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve order management, fulfillment execution, and inventory visibility. Qualifications: •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and connect it to process improvements. •Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must. •Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field. •This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
