Join us! •Engages with team members to support partnership with teams to manage the bank's portfolio via monitoring financial package collection, maturities, annual reviews/financial analysis summaries, past due payments, and failed covenants •Assists in resolving client needs for more complex issues such as ordering pay-off letters •Assists in risk management by clearing collateral exceptions to reduce the bank's legally binding exposure •Coordinates activities for accurate and timely deals through engaging outside counsel to prepare loan documentation, assisting with the completion of pre-close checklists, and connecting with fulfillment to book facilities in the system of record •Support and assist Credit Officers daily in the management of their portfolios, including the review of global credit facilities.
