Required Skills: •Operates, troubleshoots, and performs machine adjustments. •Loads cardboard boxes into production equipment. •Transports palletized materials using a forklift. •Adheres to all safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and wearing required PPE. •Operates Cast or Paint Machine. •Replaces machine tooling, cylinders, and actuators as needed. •Ensures raw material reservoirs are maintained. Qualifications: •Must be at least 18 years of age. •Prior related production line experience preferred. •Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills preferred. •Must be multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment. •Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, work at heights, in weather elements and extreme temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs. •Flexibility to work other shifts and weekends as needed. •While many of our employees have worked at Olin for their entire career, we constantly strive to bring new people with new points of view into the company.
