Start date is to be determined* •Research, develop, and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and doctrine supporting Advanced Special Operations training. •Deliver classroom and field instruction on advanced Special Operations techniques and tactics. •Evaluate student performance and provide counseling, mentoring, and constructive feedback throughout the course. •Plan, coordinate, and execute complex Field Training Exercises (FTXs) in urban and rural environments. •Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with applicable USSOCOM, Army, and USAJFKSWCS standards. •Brief military leadership and government personnel on course objectives, student performance, and training outcomes. Qualifications: •Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC). •Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) •Minimum of four (4) years of Special Operations experience. •Demonstrated knowledge and experience using the TRADOC Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. •Thorough understanding of USSOCOM doctrine, advanced skills training, and applicable instructional methodologies. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct, mentor, and evaluate students. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain a high level of physical fitness and successfully operate in demanding field environments. •Active DoD Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. •Ten (10) or more years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience. •Previous instructor experience supporting USAJFKSWCS, SWCS, or other USSOCOM training organizations.
