Required Skills: •Demonstrated capacity to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. •Demonstrated capacity to work in high and/or precarious places or cramped work space that requires getting into awkward positions. •Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, or pull, push, as well as, bend and lift up to 45 pounds. •Sufficient level language and math to read technical manuals, record repairs on report forms, operate welding machine, and perform other tasks •Must be able to perform preventative maintenance repairs in accordance with established procedures •Prepare the welding area and weld joints •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret welding blueprints •Maintain daily reports as required by Company regulations Qualifications: •Good mechanical skills are required, knowledge of raw materials, production process is preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret welding blueprints. •Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects. •Possess good mechanical and welding skills. •Travel to other facilities is required- 60-70% •Must be able to work required overtime and flexible work schedule. •The employee is outdoors and exposed to varying and/or extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat, wet, cold, etc.) •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime and extended hours including weekend depending on customer and company demands.
