Required Skills: •Energy and Water Data Collection & Management: Gather, compile, and manage quantitative and qualitative data from diverse sources, including DAF databases, public sources, and information collected during on-site assessments. •Data Analysis: Perform initial data analysis, identify trends, and support the development and population of a multi-criteria site selection matrix using advanced Microsoft Excel functions. •Modeling Support: Assist the Senior Engineer in developing and populating a dynamic water balance model by cleaning, structuring, and validating data sets. •Research: Conduct research on commercial water technologies, life-cycle costs, and federal/state water policies to support the team's analysis. •Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and maps, for inclusion in formal reports, briefing decks, and other deliverables. •Deliverable Support: Support the development of key project deliverables, including the Site Selection Report, the DAF-Wide Prioritization Toolkit (spreadsheet-based), and the final Installation Resilience Blueprint. •Team Collaboration: Actively participate in internal team meetings, contribute to stakeholder interviews, and provide support during a potential on-site installation assessment. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Science, Water Resources, Public Policy, or a related analytical discipline. •Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. •Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. •Prior experience with a government contractor, federal agency, or in the utility/infrastructure sector. •Operational familiarity with water resource management concepts, infrastructure resilience, or military installation planning.
