Qualifications: •Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). •Demonstrated capacity to identify, manage, and solve problems. •Demonstrated capacity to understand complex problems. •Demonstrated capacity to act with urgency to completed time sensitive tasks. •Consistent, accountable, confident, assertive, and committed. •Demonstrated capacity to be available during evenings, weekends, & holidays to solve time sensitive problems. •Regular travel to ships (12 to 15 days per month). •Hold office hours at Chesapeake Shipbuilding in Salisbury, MD.
