Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering discipline •5–10 years of automotive engineering experience •, preferably in warranty analysis, failure analysis, product engineering, quality engineering, or reliability engineering. •In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and engineering fundamentals •Applied hands-on capability in component teardown, failure investigation, and diagnostics •Manufacturing processes, materials, and reliability engineering principles •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret •CAD drawings, engineering specifications, GD&T, and test/validation reports •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem-solving skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
