Location: Austell, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:08:55 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Experience: •Good written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to read, analyzes, and interpret technical information (technician notes, vendor instructions, and specific warranty procedures/guidelines). •Skilled in ‘Basic’ computer applications including email and internet usage. •Demonstrated capacity to ask and properly respond to questions from customers and supervisors in a timely manner. •Demonstrated capacity to manage heavy work flow efficiently. Required Skills: •Involvement of the warranty registration and quoting process for coverages. •Determining expenses that our vendors would be responsible for under a contract agreement of coverage and seeking payment. •Working with our vendors and service departments to resolve any unpaid balances after that may be remaining after settlement. •Interface directly with Account to allocate settled claims for remaining balances. •Communication of warranty guidelines, procedures and updates to appropriate personnel to assure warranty guidelines and documentation requirements are met. •Resolve any requests from our vendors if additional information is required for payment. •Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. •Provide support to others in the department when required, to maintain even work flow.
