Qualifications: •Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business administration, Automotive technology, Heavy equipment technology, or related field. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. •Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus. •Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, SIS, or related systems preferred. •Knowledge of mechanical engineering, heavy equipment technical understanding preferred. •Passion for continuous learning and knowledge accumulation, with the ability to think independently and develop solutions. •High attention to detail and accuracy, strong patience to understand policies and regulations.
