Required Skills: •Reports To: Distribution Center Manager •Lead the assigned function (receiving or shipping), providing direction to associates within the function and troubleshooting issues. •Assist in supervising all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely fashion. •Aid in inventory control training and execution of cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure that inventory is accurate and organized. •Partner cross-functionally with leadership team to resolve inventory control discrepancies. •Prior to product storage, count all product, compare to manifest, and check all shipments. Report shortages, damages, and missed shipments to management. •Check contents of orders as filled and assembled. Compare quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer’s order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. •Perform relocation, replenishment and consolidation of product as directed. Qualifications: •High school diploma required.
