This position requires a strong background in warehousing or materials management, along with excellent leadership, organizational, and technological skills to manage, optimize, and innovate warehouse operations. •Office Environment: 9% •of the work is conducted in an office setting, involving time spent on computer research, project management, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Frequent participation in both in-person and virtual meetings, including project updates, strategy sessions, and presentations to management and stakeholders. •Production Environment: 90% •Regular visits to the production areas will involve exposure to machinery, noise, varying temperatures, humidity, and wet conditions. •Travel: <1% •Occasional travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. •PM Shift, including weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational requirements. •Key Responsibilities: •Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including picking, putaway, rotation, wrapping, space management, and shipping, assigning workloads and daily tasks. •Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. •Ensure coverage of tasks as necessary, stepping in to support or reassign duties to maintain workflow efficiency. •Regularly report progress to the Warehouse Manager, highlighting achievements and addressing any issues promptly to ensure continuous operational improvement.
