Required Skills: •The Production Control Supervisor leads our hourly warehouse, receiving, and lineside delivery teams — managing material flow across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll establish and drive operational KPIs while overseeing materials from receiving and storage through kitting, line-side delivery, and shipping. •This role demands high inventory accuracy, strong safety performance, and consistent support for production teams. You won't accept the status quo — you'll identify waste, drive continuous improvement, and communicate cross-functionally to remove blockers and keep production running without interruption. •People leadership •Supervise, coach, and develop an hourly workforce — including performance feedback, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans. •Lead by example with a strong floor presence and clear expectations for safety, quality, and productivity. •Monitor staffing levels, timekeeping, attendance, and shift coverage. •Oversee receiving, inspection handoff, material board review, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, line-side delivery, and shipping operations. •Ensure material availability to production at agreed service levels while minimizing excess inventory and handling. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, manufacturing, or supply chain operations. •In-depth knowledge of inventory control, material flow, and production support. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills. •Demonstrated capacity to operate material handling equipment including forklifts; able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights with or without accommodation. •Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts as required. •Please note: Base is a startup, which means priorities shift and evolve quickly.
