As well as problem solving. The team lead will work with process product returns, work with warehouse personnel for all other needed responsibilities and High-volume, fast-paced working environment. The Returns Team Lead will answer questions, input accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties, and warehouse cleanup. •Full time position. 40-45 hours a week, must be able to work weekends. •Taking ownership for achieving department goals; monitoring all daily reports. •Ensuring that associate workload is managed appropriately. •Ensuring team associates follow proper procedures, and that safety, productivity and quality goals are achieved. •Managing employee relations issues, to include coaching, counseling and corrective action. •Assisting in the training of new associates. •Setting the tone in the department for delivering exceptional customer service. •Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication. •Directs and oversees the Returns process of sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines •Assist Returns supervisors to help navigate and prioritize returns •Assist the Returns Supervisor in scheduling, monitoring, training, and discipline of department staff members. •Routinely conduct department meetings. •Monitor customers returns and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction •Keep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards Qualifications: •Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal •Safety Management Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
