This role is eligible for a 6% annual field bonus. •As part of our commitment to a flexible work schedule, this role does not have a set amount of vacation per year. •You are a Warehouse Production Supervisor. •Be under the direction of the Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager. You will organize the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes and type of mail based on current staffing levels to meet postal deadlines. •Lead and oversee managing the production workers on designated shift. •Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems.
