Required Skills: •Oversee daily activities such as inventory management, shipping/receiving, and material handling. •Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work to ensure productivity and efficiency. •Manage operational budgets and meet customer requirements. •Ensure staff complete necessary training (e.g., OSHA compliance). •Maintain records for audits (OSHA, customer, and others). •Understand customer expectations to meet or exceed satisfaction levels. •Address and resolve customer complaints, both verbal and written. •Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company plans.
