Required Skills: •Lead and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns. •Manage daily operational activities to ensure safety, productivity, quality, and customer service objectives are achieved. •Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and warehouse associates to build a high-performance team environment. •Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, order accuracy, and labor utilization. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service enhancements. •Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded. •Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, staffing levels, and labor management to support fluctuating business demands. •Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and warehouse operating procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. •Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, and order fulfillment processes. •Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. •Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. •Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and customer requirements. •Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
