Required Skills: •Lead and develop all warehouse staff to create a positive and engaged team environment. •Motivate the warehouse staff to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations as reviewed during routine huddles. •Establish and reinforce operational, delivery, and warehouse safety, maintenance, compliance, and cleanliness standards. •Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. •Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process. •Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment. •Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes. •Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications to warehouses, buildings, and grounds. Qualifications: •In-depth understanding of the industry and best practices for warehouse operation. •Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output. •Team player, who respectfully and courteously interacts with other team members to encourage positive results. •Demonstrated capacity to walk or stand for a long period. •Must be able to regularly lift to 75Ibs. •Able to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company’s workplace safety (if applicable). •Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening. •Legally permitted to work in the United States. •High school diploma or equivalent degree.
