Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. •Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving processes. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. •Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze data and make informed operational decisions. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. •Demonstrated capacity to regularly stand and walk throughout the warehouse and manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to bend, reach, stoop, and perform other physical activities associated with warehouse operations. •Demonstrated capacity to work in varying warehouse and production conditions.
