Required Skills: •Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. •Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse. •Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. •Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. •Ensure appropriate training, licensing, maintenance, and accountability systems are in place to achieve and maintain a safe work environment. •Always be mindful of and adhere to GMP’s, Quality and Food Safety requirements. •Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. •Maintain the facility at expected levels at all times. Qualifications: •High School Diploma (or an equivalent such as a GED). •Demonstrable experience of being results focused, self-motivated, and highly organized. •Demonstrable experience of stellar people management, team building/training and leadership. •Demonstrable experience with analytical problem solving; examination/formulation of policy/procedure and strategy implementation. •Intermediate or higher user experience with all Microsoft Office Software, specifically with Word and Excel. •Previous warehouse management experience. •Project management experience. •Demonstrated capacity to safely climb, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical movements necessary for machinery maintenance, installation, and service. •Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. •Demonstrated capacity to carry up to 30 lbs. of product or equipment.
