Required Skills: •The ideal candidate combines hands-on WMS expertise with a strong understanding of distribution center operations. This individual will troubleshoot system and process issues, support warehouse automation, improve operational efficiency, and help optimize a recently implemented WMS environment. •Serve as the primary on-site owner and subject matter expert for the Distribution Center's WMS. •Provide daily WMS support for receiving, inventory, replenishment, allocation, waving, picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment. •Troubleshoot issues involving the WMS, ERP integrations, automation, data, hardware, and warehouse processes. •Partner with Distribution Operations, IT, and technology vendors to resolve system and operational issues. •Monitor WMS performance and identify issues affecting productivity, inventory accuracy, and order flow. •Support warehouse automation technologies, including Exotec goods-to-person automation and Tompkins T-Sort. •Monitor interfaces and data flow between the WMS, ERP, automation platforms, and other warehouse technologies. Qualifications: •Strong hands-on understanding of distribution center operations and fulfillment processes. •Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, replenishment, allocation, waving, picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment. •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL and warehouse reporting tools is a plus. •Strong problem-solving, communication, vendor management, and project coordination skills.
