Required Skills: •Manage and lead a team of inventory control personnel, assigning and prioritizing work to ensure timely and accurate completion of inventory tasks. •Oversee all inventory receipts, transfers, movements, adjustments, and system transactions within the ERP and WMS systems. •Manage the cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment to maintain high inventory record accuracy. •Ensure accurate product inventory across all physical and virtual locations. •Maintain high standards of inventory security, integrity, and product value within all systems. •Coordinate and perform physical inventories in accordance with company standards and operational requirements. •Develop, implement, and continuously improve inventory control procedures, controls, and best practices. •Ensure compliance with Foreign‑Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements and applicable U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations related to inventory control, transaction traceability, and record accuracy. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to supervise, instruct, and lead others to complete assigned tasks. •Demonstrated capacity to work as a leader in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues. •Excellent organizational, planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills. •Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to interact with all levels of the organization. •Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); ViaWare strongly preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of FTZ compliance and CBP requirements. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project). •College diploma or equivalent required.
