Hiring: Warehouse Data Coordinator Company: Nature's Touch Frozen Foods Location: Front Royal, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 12:27:57 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance About the job Experience: •3 years of experience in warehousing within the food industry Required Skills: •Foster a safe, positive, and productive workplace culture. •Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards across all operations. •Coordinate and reconcile all aspects of the Warehouse' transactions, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, production, and scheduling •Interpret and process shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, freight invoices, and delivery receipts •Identify BOL, receiving report, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed •Actively facilitate and support integration and data flow between the WMS and ERP/accounting systems to ensure consistency and traceability •Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment by following and enforcing company and legal standards •Prepare and maintain department reporting and record-keeping systems Qualifications: •Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing within the food industry •Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FDA, and SQF •Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills •Proficiency in WMS programs and reporting tools •High computer proficiency-must be comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously •Efficient use of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency with Excel •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. •Effective communication and interpersonal skills. •Flexibility to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities. •This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.
