Required Skills: •The DC Outfitter must have physical stamina and strength to be able to perform the various duties in the Distribution Center. Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects. •Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. •Outfitter will perform manual or physical job duties, based upon DC needs. •Loads or unloads trailers by hand, i.e. up to and including, grills, tree stands, safes, kayaks, etc. •Uses scanners to read bar codes on labels and product. •Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order. •Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items. •Packs customer orders for shipment.
