Hiring: Warehouse Associate Company: Renova One Location: Plymouth, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:44:37 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Operate production cutting equipment safely and accurately to prepare materials for distribution, ensuring specifications and quality standards are met •Operate forklifts (including pole lift attachments), order pickers, and pallet jacks to move, stage, and load/unload materials •Receive incoming shipments of materials and products, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies •Accurately record and label received and cut items, organizing them in designated storage locations •Retrieve, cut, and pack materials for customer/branch orders according to picking lists and packing instructions •Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely, labeling with shipping information, and coordinating carrier pickup or delivery •Perform regular inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies •Assist with inventory replenishment by restocking and picking materials as needed Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred •Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus; pole lift/attachment experience strongly preferred •Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to use inventory management software and handheld devices •Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis •Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, labeling, and recording inventory •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team •Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures •All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug panel and a background check •Valid Driver's License is required Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
