(Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery) Required Skills: •This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. •$2000 Sign On Bonus - Productivity bonus paid out on every paycheck. •Four workdays per week scheduled between Sunday and Thursday, with one scheduled day off during that period. Sunday shifts begin at 2:30 PM, and Monday through Thursday shifts begin at 4:00 PM, with shifts ending upon completion of work. •Starting at $22.44 with potential for up to $26.34 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. •Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders. •Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies. •Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution. •Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size •Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift) •Demonstrated capacity to stand for long periods of time •This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job.
